Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks again, really appreciate the great work!

I was very happy with the work he completed. He came at the time he said he would, great communication beforehand and throughout the work. He replaced my electric shower, fitted a bath screen and put a towel rail in all in a morning.

I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome and I shall call for their services for other works around the house in the near future .i would highly recommend them.

Arrived quickly and solved the problem I was having with the plumbing to my dishwasher and washing machine. A previous builder had not done the pluming correctly and it was causing problems with both appliances. They also fixed the drip from my tap in my bathroom when they were here. Very friendly and helpful. I had a really good experience with these builders.
