My domestic rate is £78 ( £65+ ) My commercial rate is £102 ( £85+ ) No call out rate but would be charged hours rate for up to the first hour. Every hour after is split in half. For instances if I attend and am completed in 40 minutes this would be the first hours rate. If it is 90 minutes to complete this would be 1.5 x the hourly rate.
