  Completed the job as requested.He had to go and get new radiator valves so the price was more than quoted to include the cost of the new valves. the towel radiator developed a slight leak so he did have to come back to sort this. It took a few messages and calls to arrange this but he did come eventually.

  Steve turned up for job. Didn't fix problem. Let me down by not returning next day or replying and also left his rod stuck in my out side pipe which was removed by additional plumber today who fixed my issue today. Poor service
