I am really impressed with Al's professionalism. He is a great human, very knowledgeable, highly professional and he did a great great job in replacing old copper pipe to new uPVC pipe. He also simplified the piping for washing machine outlet and boiler discharge outlet. It looks very neat and smart now. The charges are fair and right to the point. I am glad I have found him and I will only be contacting him in the future. There is no option here in the feedback to add pictures otherwise I would have shown you the before and after photos. Do NOT trust this guy at all. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid Ghasem Fathi from GF Plumbing. I am taking legal action against this guy as I have paid him and he hasn’t completed my job. Plus what he did was completely wrong, leaking and broken after a day.I am happy to provide all his text messages to anyone requesting just to prevent someone else getting ripped off. I will also report him to Gas safe and other necessary authority as he is NOT qualified to carry out gas work as he mentioned.

Communication was quick and easy. Whilst I had originally hired Bill to install a sleeper bed and some external paving i learnt that they did internal works too and so i extended the work to include retiling a bathroom wall.
