Luke arrived promptly and was very professional) while he worked. He cleared the blockage in the kitchen sink quickly and left the area tidy. I also really appreciated his honest advice regarding the washing machine pump and his suggestion to check the warranty first. He tried his best but he created even more problems, he also damaged h my gas box to open it … he didn’t charge me but I had to spend £290 to get the damage fixed and never seen any money back although he kept saying he would have contributed.
