Firstly, Melvin clearly explained what he thought the problem might be and came out to assess - on time, with professional manner Quoted for work that needs to be done and had good availability to return for the work that wasn’t able to be carried out on the same day. Unsure if it was a reasonable price or not as never had to use a plumber before however, work carried out to good standard so was happy to pay the price quoted. He tidied up after himself and was respectful of my home. No complaints will defo use again.

Dan completed the job within the 5 - 6 expected days, despite a couple of unexpected hiccouphs, that were not caused by him. He is a very clean, tidy worker and is concerned to do a very good job. He was quick to provide a quote at a very reasonable price and was also happy to add in a couple of extra small jobs that cropped up at the time. We are very pleased with the overall finish and result and would hire him again in the future.
