I would hire Irfan Kara again. His manner was friendly and professional and he willingly did a small electrical job for me also in the same visit. I couldn't be happier with MPS Maintenance in general and Marcus in particular. He came to my house to have a look at the job before quoting, which I felt was thorough. All admin related to the work was undertaken by Marta at the office, who is friendly, cheerful and efficient. (I think it's a good idea to have a separation between the person doing the work and the money/admin side of things, if possible, by the way.) On the day we agreed, Marcus and Isaac arrived on time, and set to work. Unfortunately, there had been a mix-up with the products ordered, and they couldn't complete the job that day. In fact, for various reasons, it extended over several days. Throughout, Marcus and Isaac worked hard, made sure everything was stacked neatly at the end of the day, and stayed patient and good-humoured, despite the unexpected delays in completion, none of which were their fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marcus and Isaac. They were both polite and good-natured, they completed the job to a good standard, and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

I wholly recommend Paige/OwlFix It enough for his work. To begin, he came over to inspect the work before giving a very reasonable quote, he was very informative, knowledgable and kept us in the loop at every stage in the process. Paige was incredibly professional and friendly and got the work done in only a couple of days. I especially appreciated his meticulous attention to detail, he wanted to do everything just right and he did. Everything looks and works great and left the house in an immaculate condition. Paige was attentive to all our concerned, amazing communication skills and made himself reachable at every point - day or night. He went above and beyond when he was required to do extra work to ensure we didn't run into problems in the future, which he did gracefully and to an incredibly high standard. All in all, I am very very happy to have such a hard-working person complete what turned out to be quite a difficult work, I would recommend Paige in a heartbeat! Thanks for all your help!

Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.
