I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from We Fit Boiler. The team were punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. They reacted quickly, explained the options clearly and managed to complete the work to a high standard while keeping the cost very reasonable. I was particularly impressed with how tidy they were during and after the job. They worked carefully, respected the property and left everything clean. They were also very flexible when some changes were needed, which made the whole process much easier. Joseph was on time, polite, friendly and tidy. He explained clearly the issue and fixed it within an hour or so. So far, so good and no more leaking bath! Reasonably priced too in comparison to other quotes I received. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to hire Joseph again. The only thing I would say is that it would have been great to get a receipt/ invoice for the work so there is a record of the job and cost etc. But I'm sure that would be easy to implement if I had asked. Overall really pleased and glad to have selected Joseph.

Very Happy with the Service offered by David. Came to have a look on short notice and was ahead of the initial agreed time which is really helpful as I was looking for someone to have a look at the current hot water issue I have been having with my boiler and provide an immediate solution. Very Friendly and communicative about the problem and was around to see the issue has been definitely resolved before he left the place. No half measures at all. Very nominal from a pricing perspective as well. Would definitely make use of his services for future work and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good professional who knows his job.

We needed an old gas fire removed and Aleksander was very prompt in making contact and arranging a visit for the work to be completed. He was very friendly and courteous when he attended as well as being very tidy! The work was carried out to a good standard and he came across as being a very honest person, so we would use his services again - in fact, I am waiting for him to come back to us with a date to service our boiler!
