Kostas was very clean and tidy when replacing my cracked shower tray and screen. He said he would do his best to remove the tiles without damaging them and he kept his word. I was so impressed. He consulted me during the job and always let me know what he was doing. Everything was finished to a very high standard. My shower tray has a solid base. Thank you so much. I know who to call and recommend in the future!!

A date was arranged and they were supposed to quote me for the job but they didn't turn up. Tradespeople do not want to do a job if it is a small job and they do not get a lot of money. I'm not impressed and they wasted my time.

This guy don’t know what he doing. Didn’t know the job and no proper knowledge about the work. When he couldn’t do it sold us to another crook. The other person didn’t do work properly and left the bathroom unfunctional after three months. Very bad experience and they took more money when they buy materials. Its disaster

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Job took 3 hours. My bathroom floor was flooded as the water wasn’t turned off straight away. Then 3 different trips to get the right tool to tighten waste pipe, pipe connections, then silicone sealant. I asked for the same colour of sealant a light grey, instead it was a very dark grey almost black which was done badly and now ruins the look of the bathroom. I will have to redo this. Sorry wouldn’t use them again.
