Andy, fitted a new combi boiler for us. He did a brilliant job having had to solve a number of issues already in place from our previous standard system. He really had his work cut out for him. he also moved and fitted a tall vertical radiator for us. His explanation regarding the new boiler and controls was easy to understand. He was punctual and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure having him work here. We highly recommend Andy.

We are delighted with the work that Neil has done for us (replacing our ensuite with new units which we had purchased). He made some useful suggestions and quoted us a very fair price. He did extra work for which he did not charge us, such as returning a faulty unit and fetching the replacement. He worked long hours and tidied up meticulously at the end of each day. Our bathroom now looks 100% better. We would definitely use Neil for future work.

Took money and run for the hills. I hired Andrew to do a simple install which consisted of connecting a hot and cold feed off existing pipe work. When drilling into the wall caused damage that remains unrepaired. Then confessed to not having the basic correct tools for the job (stopcock key). The outside tap he disconnected he left unsecured. Andrew was also happy to take materials I had paid for. Promised to return to finish the job. Despite numerous attempts to contact Andrew he has not returned my calls. Lesson learnt to not pay invoices promptly until work is complete.
