Alex came to service my boiler, this he did excellently. He checked my calor gas tank, he looked at my plumbing for hot water, he looked at my Franke hot tap. He bled the towel radiators. I can’t recommend Andy highly enough to anyone; he’s fitted my new, stunning kitchen to the highest standard. He is very experienced, pay attention to details, clean and tidy, and the quality of his work is excellent. I’ve dealt with many tradesmen, but he's the best and most professional. He’s multi skilled in carpentry, plumbing and electrical to enable his quote to be very competitive. He is very efficient, honest, reliable, friendly, hardworking and has excellent communication skills. He went through all the material list with me. He always arrived on time and completed work on schedule. He’s very considerate as he bought own protection sheets to protect my new floor and worktops. He went extra mile and saved me lots of money in delivery cost by collecting all the materials from Howdens directly and by including some materials within the quote that I didn’t expect. I’m very happy and satisfied with this entire experience and therefore I asked him to come back for my next project.

Nik was very transparent and reasonable with his costs. We arranged for a mutually convenient date and an approximate time and he was sending me updates throughout the day to be able to calculate when he would arrive. The kitchen sink was unblocked and Nik also took care of a small leak that he noticed in the process. He was friendly, and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.
