With just short of 10 years experience having started an apprenticeship after leaving school, I possess a wide range of knowledge in general plumbing, types of systems and bathroom fitting. My main work revolves around 1st and 2nd fixing bathrooms including all prep work and tiling. I also undertake any smaller jobs such as leaks, tap replacements, toilet blockages etc, general plumbing maintenance. Most of my work is in Blackpool however I can cover the Fylde Coast and any other surrounding areas. Having spent most of my apprenticeship working for a company that specialised in wet rooms/bathrooms I learnt how to work with customers and understood the importance of communication, keeping them informed and up to date with the job and answered any queries they may have had, helping to get the best end result for the customer. Always leaving customers homes clean and tidy and being polite and well mannered was a key part of the job. I currently have an NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and in the near future I will be looking to complete my gas qualification to further expand my skill set.
