We were very happy with the work from Andrei. The job was quite complicated with difficult runs of pipework and a small amount of building work needed also. The job was completed with no issues and Andrei was happy to deal with any complications that came up. We will be happy to use him again on future works.

Not transparent on his fees he originally charged me £89 for the call out and then told me once he arrived at the property (after arriving late) that it would be £189 per hour for fixing the issue. He was there for 10 minutes and cleaned the filter (although the pump was working at the time which was main cause of the issue in the first place) it wasn’t working a few days later and when I got back in touch with him he said it was best to replace the washing machine. Also he didn’t show up for the first appointment and didn’t bother to tell me and he was late for the second appointment so not reliable. Very disappointing and a complete rip off.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Called this morning at short notice for an urgent toilet leak (pan connector replacement) and he was here by 9am on a Friday. Did a fantastic job, clean and efficient work, and was friendly and professional throughout. Pricing was very fair and transparent. So relieved to have found a reliable local plumber I can trust.
