Zayd offered a fair price and was also willing to collect the toilet from the warehouse for an extra sum. It was a tricky concealed cistern installation and it turned out my wastepipe angled wrongly, so he had to use a plywood base to raise the height of the toilet. It took two days, but he persevered and made sure there were facilities I could use overnight.
