Eli carried out some essential maintainance on our leaky central heating plumbing. He arrived on time and carried out his work professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain about our system and answered any questions I had relating to the work. He was very fair with his costing and completed the work to the price we agreed beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond to help. He's a good bloke. I would hire Eli again for any future plumbing jobs.

Winston did a great job in converting our bathroom to a shower room. We had a bath tub and wall tiles, which were replaced with Shower with sliding doors and wall panels. Winston chose the Panels and it was a good match for the existing tiles that we had. He was very competent; just got on with the job, but, was always happy to answer any questions that I had. Also, he always left the room tidy every day and placed items neatly in the skip. Would definitely recommend him.

The job involved a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom, including the tiling and flooring. Also, Mr Brimble installed some new radiators and power flushed the existing system. We decided to use Mr Brimble because his quote was detailed reasonably priced. He got the job finished in the time frame he gave us. He was professional throughout and paid much attention to his customer care. He showed great knowledge and competency and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Bit of a tricky one this review. Been trying to reach him but no response. Asked for an invoice and I've asked if still working but nothing back. He did an ok job in parts, he put effort in but overall there were issues which I had to fix, not enough battening which left plaster board springy, had to redo battens that were not fixed, badly cut boards, out of level boards that I specifically said we'd need to pack out and kinks on skylight window surround boarding. He made a mistake cut the wrong side of PIR backing on a board and its caused a severe miss level, I had to fill behind with more foam to protect from condensation/cold risks which i raised concern about an was told it wasn't a prob (but is). He miss quoted timings, we had delayed mats but still wrong. He got aggravated at me when I asked for an invoice and to collect cash. Plasterer told me what I needed to do to fix. Overall shame as he had the drive and determination just lacked in care and customer service.

Fred went above and beyond to research our issue with me and stayed in touch as we both tried to find the answer…he could have easily left the job when it required more technical skill, but instead he came back to the shower again and again to get to the root of the cause. The issue became resolved through Fred’s thorough investigation and fixed the issue without having to buy any new parts…good ol fashioned cleaning with vinegar and water on the valve did the trick! Thanks Fred for being honest throughout the process and for seeing the job through from start to finish. If you want a job being taken care of methodically, communicated well and resolved, then Fred’s your guy!
