Amazingly professional. Very pleased with workmanship and customer service. Aleks responded and investigated promptly and then recommended a solution which was cost effective for customer. He could easily have made a bigger job replacing piping and tap but instead suggested that the best solution was to try dismantling and cleaning first and if that did not work to then replace the washer. This solution seems to have worked very well. Aleks said to monitor and let him know if he needed to come back. So all was good on this particular job. :-)

Mek is a very professional, trustworthy, prompt, friendly gentleman. He did a fantastic job of installing a new electric shower unit and works to an extremely high standard. I have some extra gas heating work that needs doing around the house in the near future and I will now ask Mek to complete these for us. I hired Stewart back in January this year to damp proof my garage and his team did an excellent job. Due to back issues I couldn't continue the conversion to the garage following his work, so it was easy to monitor how well it held up during that prolonged period of extremely wet weather. I found no leaks anywhere. Friendly, flexible and was here when he said he would be, and his quote was reasonable too. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs damp proof installation.

Installation of new kitchen. Professional from start to finish. Klejdi made the whole experience of having a kitchen install a wonderful experience. No job seemed too difficult even when he ran into unforeseeable snags, he made me aware and just cracked on and did it at no extra cost. He has such an easy going personality which makes you feel comfortable having him around your home. The work that he had done was perfection. So pleased with the outcome that we asked if he happened to do tiling, to which he said he did. So had Klejdi to do this also. We had a difficult bit of wall to work with that he seemed to have no issues with. Again another job I’m very happy with. Thank you Klejdi and look forward to working with you again when I get the bathroom done.
