Spoke to Rocco a few times over the phone, arranged/confirmed a viewing for the works required. On arrival & a quick survey, he stated he could do the job straight away as it shouldn't take too long, which was music to my ears. He did a great job just as he said he would, very polite, courteous, cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave any mess behind. Most importantly, it was a fair price for the works involved and I would most definitely recommend him and now have him earmarked for any future works...

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful when we experienced a bathroom leak that unfortunately caused flooding in our kitchen. The plumber quickly identified the issue and supported us by making recommendations for a specialist company to safely handle asbestos removal, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They coordinated everything efficiently—carrying out the necessary work before the asbestos team arrived, and then returning afterwards to complete the job. Although there was a small leak after a toilet was installed, they responded promptly and fixed it without any hassle. Communication throughout was excellent—clear, reliable, and proactive—which was a huge relief after dealing with a previous plumber who repeatedly let us down. Every task was completed professionally and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend their services.
