William was a pleasure to work with. He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. Highly recommend. Thank you William.

I contacted Darren to carry out some installations for some tap and waste pipe fittings and realised his quote was very reasonable. Before the meeting he kept me informed about ETA, and on arrival went straight to work. He was very efficient and prepared the materials so all the jobs can be carried out at together. Once he completed the installations he did another check to ensure there was no leakage and took the time to explain exactly what he had done. He was very polite, friendly and obviously experienced plumber. I'm very happy with his professional service and will not hesitate to use again.

David arrived on time on the day, he said he would to look at my job. Gave some honest advice and told me the price on the spot. Which I liked asked his advice on other work I am looking to get done with my shower and down stairs toilet room. Once again up front with me couldn't find my leak if not broke don't replace. However if I wanted to go ahead with the job, he will text me different choices of new shower mixers and prices. To give me some ideas what's out there all three very within my budget. As promised that same evening he did send over all information and labour charge once again within my budget good price. One other thing after he fixed my toilet and handle he picked up for me a very nice one I might add. I had a bit of leak after he left phoned told David. He was back the following evening no problem and sorted the issues out with an apology. Definitely will keep his number for further work, he tidy up after himself. Great to meet an honest tradesman these day.

Originally i wanted a rodent trap fitted to address a rat problem and a bad smell coming from under a bathroom bathtub. He convinced me to break apart the tile work to get under the bath and quoted £160 to just inspect the situation under the bath with "it wont be more than a few hundred quid to sort out any issues". He arrived at 7pm at my tenanted flat and then discovering alot of rat poo total price to be charged went up to £690. Timing of it all (late at night) left me with zero options and he knew it. I agreed to pay to get the job done. Bath panel that he said he would fit turned into a piece of plywood and he broke additional tiles beyond the tiled bath panel which is just careless. A week later a mysterious leak appeared and his plywood panel had to come out and will now need to be replaced as wet and warped. He showed up with 4 guys to do a 1 man job so I guess i that regard I got my money's worth. He made my tenant uncomfortable as wouldn't leave before payment was received. He covered the floor with ovc plastic sheeting to protect the floor but dumped this and other rubbish in the area in front of the flat where the upstairs neighbour was storing some bagged rubbish from their renovations. Everything about the transaction was off, maybe your experience will be different but I would not recommend this plumber to anyone else.
