Excellent experience from start to finish with Rahmat. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the plumbing issue from the photos and description I provided, and gave a clear, fair, and very reasonable quote upfront. Communication was prompt throughout. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and independently, and fixed the problem with real care and precision. He also went the extra mile to sort a couple of additional things. Everything was completed to a high standard and left clean and tidy. Reliable, skilled, really easy to deal with, and overall a very nice person - I am really glad we hired him. I would definitely recommend Rahmat and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Ethan completed my shower replacement job to an excellent standard. From the point of making contact with him, he was patient in accommodating my needs and was extremely helpful re identifying the product required, which had been a struggle for a while. He was reassuring throughout the entire process, very transparent about his charges and was polite and professional from start to finish. On the day of the job - he was punctual, focused and got the job done in no time, and cleaned up afterwards. I’ll have no hesitation using Ethan again and would highly recommend his services.

When hired to do the toilet leak after flushing repair, they came the same day. The repair took two days, but the toilet leak was fixed. A week later, the toilet starts leaking again after flushing. Requested to be investigated, which they agreed. Then the plumber kept postponing the appointment, many times at the last second because he had to do other jobs. This lasted three weeks. As the plumber always said he would be coming the next day, the feedback is negative.

CBK Design & Build did an excellent job of transforming my derelict deck into a bright usable patio. I am very pleased with the outcome… and so are the neighbours it would appear. They excelled in all aspects of the job 1. The Quote: Everything was clearly indicated and was very competitive. Any adjustments were made promptly and revised quote was immediately available. All queries were instantly answered and advice was also valuable. 2. The Work: Work started at indicated time on the agreed day. They were very quick and it was probably the worst week weather wise for this job. But they carried on despite that. The work was completed within the estimated time, with little or no wastage of material and to a high standard. All unexpected issues were quickly resolved and creatively too. Poor quality work from previous tradesmen was also rectified for no extra. 3. Attitude: Both Mehmet and Serkan worked with smiles on their faces through some of the worst weather, and all other unexpected issues with no complaints at all. Very positive work ethics. Extra points for doing their best to not upset or intrude into my special needs child’s space. They even used toilets at local gas station (even though we were ok with them using our facilities) to that effect. They are more like friends of the family now, and will definitely use them again. Thank you MyBuilder.com for a great tradesman.

Great workman, polite, considerate & hard working. Greenhouse took 3 days (Fri-Sun) to complete as he was working alone. He worked from morning until it was dark on each day & I can’t fault his workmanship. He even offered to return to fit additional shelves I had ordered as more suitable fittings were required & needed to be ordered.

They did a fantastic job. They sorted the small leak coming from the compression on the inlet pipe and also opened some isolation valves that were closed. Now the issues have been resolved and we are very happy. They are lovely and polite ladies. We will definitely use them again.
