We are living in E14. 18/11 came & investigate 19/11 sent the quotation 21/11 11:00 did all preparation work: 1) removed the marble cover from the bathtub floor 2) took down the rain shower head 3) took down the flush water valve 11:30 went out to buy the replacement 11:30~15:20 no news or messages 15:26 we sent what's app and asked when he would arrive back 15:51 he replied still find a replacement to match the push flush system, we requested him to came back to do the others first 16:38 he said he was driving because a lot of traffic jam 19:05 he said he was in W12 and could not come back tonight to do the job as traffic control and will come here to fix all the things at 7:00 on 22/11 22/11 06:24 said on the way 10:00 said still on the way and will arrive here ~45 mins 10:05 I cancelled this job
