Karl was friendly, professional and responded quickly to my advert with an approx. cost and time scale. After arranging a suitable day, Karl was prompt and started the work immediately. He fixed and completed all the agreed jobs in the bathroom to a high standard and within the time agreed. Karl encountered unexpected problems whilst doing the job but dealt with them quickly with minimal disruption. There was no hidden extra costs and I was very happy with final invoice.
