I think Will was a really nice guy BUT he's very inexperienced at fitting bathrooms I don't really know where he got his portfolio from....take a look at my bathroom, pencil mark on aqua board filling in when he's not cut boards properly, didn't fit shelf in vanity cupboard, and wiped silicone all over my flannel this has been washed numerous times was just thick silicone i had to sit peeling off...just all around mess now our heating doesn't work 😪 gas on boiler firing up but radiators not coming on so don't know what he's done to our brand new boiler... I've messaged no response and I've rang him with no response so just to warn others I would steer clear of this one!!

Unfortunately Mr Carwardine of Silverback plumbing & heating did not finish the job. One leak still remains and despite repeated efforts on behalf of myself and the tenants, communication was not maintained. Best not to pay the guy before you are sure he has done the work.

I just hate writing a review that can be upsetting for a business owner but I feel like I don’t have a choice and it is justified. Had some work done and I’m happy with the work that was done so far but the job needed finishing off, at 1st I was quoted just petrol money to finish what was left of the job, probably no more than a hour and after months, it went up to just less than £200 but that’s okay because each time they meant to come, they didn’t and this has gone on for months. Anyway, they have messaged me, didn’t have the bottle to even phone me after I’ve waited another day at home, that it’s best I find someone else to finish the job off, I’m absolutely livid, a job that should not have taken a couple of visits has ended up months in and now it’s half done, don’t waste your time and effort, sorry guys, it’s pains to write this as I trusted you, I did ask for you not to let me down and you did, big time.

I hired a plumber to install a macerator, expecting a straightforward job. Unfortunately, I ended up with a cowboy plumber, paying more than we had agreed upon, only to discover that the unit was not effectively/ defective removing water. When I raised the issue with him, he was unhelpful and attempted to shift the responsibility onto me. I have been using MyBuilder for years to manage my property portfolio, and this is the first time I have encountered such unprofessionalism. If he believes he has gotten away with my money, he is mistaken—I will ensure that this matter is addressed. As a piece of advice, I recommend choosing a tradesperson with more positive ratings to avoid similar issues in the future.

Marcus provided a fantastic end to end service from quotation to installation. He kept me informed of progress and pricing whilst sourcing the materials and turned up at the agreed date and time once he was the successful tenderer. On the day of fitting he was a clean and tidy worker who obviously knew his trade. In my opinion he offers fantastic value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends and will use him again if the need arises.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and the extra effort that is put into a large job which is not easy as the back garden is very over grown due to other commitments taking precedent. Muhammad's approach to this job varied greatly from one day to another. On some days he seemed very keen and hard working. On others he seemed rather casual. His time keeping was poor and he rarely arrived at the time he suggested. When initially quoting for the job he stated the quote included scaffoding but having spent a day searching for scaffolding he then carried out the job without it. In the end after spending considerably longer than he initially stated, he did a reasonably good job. Despite paying him immediately and asking for an invoice for my records, I am still waiting.

I used George to do some work at my property. It ended costing me triple the price. He didn’t attend any of my calls afterwards and I had to hire someone different to go and repair the job.
