All radiators you will need can be done out side taps can be done (hot or cold) any leaks on a trap if that’s in your kitchen or bathroom can be fixed. Toilets can be swapped or plumbed in. If you have an leaks on shower trays I can take them out abs re seal them so it is leak proof.
