What a cowboy. Don't touch him. He is as worthless as a 5 years old girl who likes to play tantrum. I cannot believe he spent 5 hours on a 1 to 2 hours job. And that's not all, he didn't even finish it. He's that bad. Blaming on missing parts after 5 hours. Any professional would have known if there was anything missing in the 1st hour. It's called counting. He is rude aggressive and disrespectful in my house. I chose to tolerate him until next morning when he had the audacity to come over for his full pay when he hasn't finish the job. What thick skin. Job is to replace a instant boiling water tap. He couldn't work it out and offered to turn my cold and hot water tap back on if I give him full pay that morning. He thought I was gullible stupid frightened. I don't know what he was thinking. He gave me no choice but man up and gave him what he deserves and shouting at. How dare him. Trying to pull a fast one by bullying me in my house. Well he did do the right thing in the end. Run away
