Thank goodness for Jake!!! Very polite and very honest! What I thought was going to be a huge job and cost me thousands Jake found the problem to my leak straight away and was very reasonably priced to fix! I would 100% use Jake again for any plumbing work in the future, I highly recommend Jake!

Ian undertook some lintel repair work for us on our rented garages. We were happy with the first few repairs, but the last two were rushed and the work was left incomplete. Because the walls and lintels were not strapped correctly, the lintels have slipped, leaving the structure unsafe and unsupported. I have tried to resolve this amicably over the past few months, but he continually found reasons to delay fixing his mistakes. He is now completely ignoring calls and messages. We had more work lined up for him, but we will now be using someone else as we can no longer trust him to complete a job to a satisfactory or safe standard.

Absolutely terrible experience. After starting the job, Luke was supposed to return for the second fix and simply never showed up. No warning, no explanation, nothing. What makes this even worse is the complete and total lack of communication. I sent multiple messages through MyBuilder, made several phone calls, and sent texts trying to find out what was going on. Every single one was ignored. Not even the basic courtesy of a reply. Being completely ghosted by someone you’ve hired to finish a job is unbelievably unprofessional. The work was left unfinished, which meant I had to scramble to find another plumber to step in and complete it, costing me extra time, stress, and money - all because Luke couldn’t be bothered to communicate or follow through. If you value reliability, professionalism, or even just basic communication, look at another company. Ignoring customers and abandoning jobs halfway through is unacceptable. It seems other people have had similar issues sadly, AVOID!!!
