Explained what he may be able to do under the circumstances (Covid-19) if he were unable to get the parts needed to complete the job fully. When arrived & had a look at the job in question again explained what could be done & in the end done more than was actually requested at the initial request. Extremely happy with his work & would not hesitate to contact him again for future work.
