Paul was prompt in responding and kept me up to date throughout the job. He provided and fitted a new, good quality electric shower at a very reasonable cost, as the old old shower was leaking and beyond repair. I found him to be reliable, punctual and friendly. We'll certainly use him for any future plumbing issues. We felt Paul was trustworthy and would highly recommend him.
