Disapointing results from HydroHeat when called to fit a shower pump. 1. Left after first visit leaving a leaking connection and one valve incorrectly turned off. 2. Offered to send an employee for second (emergency) visit who did not show up. 3. Attempted to repair valve leak but made the mistake of overtightening joint and washer and damaged washer leaving valve still leaking. 4. Had to call an emergency plumber (on Sunday) to find and correct valve washer fitting.
