The job was a good price , I was pleased with the rendering of the front of the house and paid for the job straight away , it wasn’t until the scaffolding came down that I realised the render had gone on next doors property, I spoke to Dave and he said he would sort it out, which never happened, after numerous messages , phone calls and messages left on my builder, with no replies, for this reason I could not recommend this company and would never use them again.I am continually being pursued to get the rendering off the neighbours house , rightly so and trying to find a company to do this job.

Craig did a really good job of plastering our ceiling. We were pleased with the workmanship. He was to come back the next day to smooth any rough bits and was then to plaster me daughters cloakroom toilet walls. He hasn’t come back and hasn’t returned calls. We haven’t heard from him regarding rescheduling or anything . Very disappointed as we were hopeful of offering him more work.

I have no problems with the quality of the work done. However, job was only 80% complete and we arranged for him to come back and complete the job the following weekend. We were totally happy to pay for the work as Jake seemed very genuine. Unfortunately he took his payment and vanished and haven’t heard from him since, leaving us to find another person to finish the job and out of pocket. Was really let down and not happy

Highly unprofessional behaviour. After agreeing the contract/price both on "Whatsapp" and "Mybuilder", the tradesperson didnot turn up to do the job on the day, saying that the job is not worth of their time. Quite disappointed with this attitude.

Dreadful. Were a member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), so had expectation of quality. Communication professional up to acceptance, then rapidly deteriorated. Struggled to get a start date, then got a text at 7.12 am saying they wanted to start that day. Materials were dumped in the driveway. Insisted materials paid for in advance. Turned up first day 10.30, said “where’s the cement mixer?” then disappeared. Very messy. Everything within 2 metres of walls splattered. Invoices sent before work complete. One included £1,843.65 materials I had already paid for. When I queried the second, received angry and abusive text and email from Gavin. Then excuses and flannel, calls not returned. Job abandoned . Gavin seems a decent bloke, Victoria is the Lady Macbeth of the outfit. Stowe have left my house, garden and drive in a dreadful state for 9 months. Other plasterers refuse to touch what Stowe have done and are very critical. They have resigned from FMB. Avoid

I posted on mybuilder for a plastering job. Jamie Taylor reached out and scheduled us in January. Was a terrible experience. Scheduled us in on 23rd and decides to take on another job 3 days later. Leaving us with an empty unfinished cellar. Made a deal of £2,800 for the whole cellar and £150 for the stairs. Gave false hope he'd finish the job asap. Wiring everything all sorted. We are now in February still no show and keeps asking about getting a 'wage' when all hes done is the woodwork on the ceiling. Hasn't done any plastering not even the roof or the walls. Terrible service - terrible builder. Would not recommend to anybody. Hes the type to take the money and run off. Good job we didnt pay in full but still paid upto £900 only for the roof!! Horrendous

This job was not done to a standard that I am happy with, very poor work workmanship. Some things not been done such as beading around the window, lack of care with windowsill, which now needs replacing. I have a un plastered area behind my radiator which I was told would be done. Not shown common courtesy off being polite when contacting him about these problems and re visiting the job and listening to the issues we had. He did offer to rectify it but wasn't happy for him to do so as such a poor job was not done to any standard. Poor customer experience all round

Very stressful and intimidating service the fitters was very aggressive shouting and swearing at me if I said I want something done to the point I paid them off to not have them back. A three day job come into 10 days and the workmanship was so bad I have had to spend almost 2k for plumbers and tilers to repair the damage left so negative is all I can give which I hate doing but really aweful service and I won’t use this site again now as check a builder obviously does not check its people

I would not recommend you this plasterer. There was plaster splat everywhere. He left my place in a mess he was called in to clear up wipe down the cupboard, radiators, windows. I had to call him to come and clear it all up he also decided leave all plaster material he used the bags and bucket behind saying that he had no license tip this. He did take this the following day along with clearing up all the mess he left behind. I spent my Sunday waiting for him to clear everything up. Oh wait! there's more the ceiling he plastered in the my passage downstairs collapsed all over the floor two days later I have pictures to prove this. He then said he will charge me £100 to get it boarded and plastered will come on Thursday another week later. Then on Thursday at 10pm I get a text to say he cannot do the job for £100 he will charge me an additional courtesy deal of £160. I should transfer a deposit of £80 for him to start the job. Its been a nightmare best avoided save your money and time.

Unfortunately I have to leave negative feedback, what started off well turned into a bad overall experience. I paid these lads to complete the plastering of an extension and parts of the existing house. They didn’t complete the job and had final payment with only a wall and snags left to finish. They also Screeded a floor which had to be relayed, when trying to contact both Kyle and Jarred neither have responded for 4 weeks. Nice lads but unfortunately couldn’t complete the job and messed me around when I could have completed it.

Absolute disaster. There were two guys here for two days just to do a 12m2 porch. Made an absolute mess of it, drag marks, lumps, rough unpolished plaster and mess over the whole job which will have to be totally redone. Do not hire this guy, he has no idea what he is doing. Totally unprofessional.
