We used Neil initially for the tiling of the whole downstairs of our house, porch, hall, 2 living rooms, kitchen and conservatory. We were happy with previous reviews and comments and his quote was competitive so we went with him and were very happy with all works, and we asked him to also do some pipe works to radiators, plastering and laminate flooring which he did whilst here and completed all the works in just under 3 weeks taking all building waste with him at end of job. He and his mate Ronnie were very trustworthy and we left them with a key to let themselves in and lock up whist we were in work during the day. More than happy to recommend Neil and would use him again if we needed any further works.

Very satisfied with our bathroom. There were a few hiccups along the way relating to the condition of our old bathroom but Rich and his team dealt with them quickly. The job was finished to a high standard and it felt like extra care was taken to get things right. The price quoted was stuck to and additional extras confirmed e.g. it was found our floor was rotten due to a leak so the boards had to be replaced. The only thing I would comment on to improve would be a bit more communication. Both myself & husband were at work when the team were in and for us it would have been nice to receive a message or two to let us know what work was done so we could see when we got home, we've never had builders in before and felt a bit in the dark about timescales and on occasion disappointed that things didn't move as quickly as we thought they would. We accept timescales were our own expectations just an idea that perhaps we needed them managed. Overall a great job by a great team.

Arrived first thing in the morning at the agreed time to remove the cavity wall insulation. Worked hard all day and kept me updated with their progress. Allowed me to view the camera pictures at regular intervals to reassure me that everything had been removed. Thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. Left at 4.00 pm. Very pleased.

My main trade is roofing, but I also cover plastering, basic joinery, plumbing, brick work, painting, flat pack building, fencing... pretty much anything apart from electrical work. Basic light switches and light fitting I cover, but complex electrical work I dont. I'm very friendly and price my work reasonably but provide the highest standard achievable. Chris completed a DPC, Complete Roof Insulation, Plastering 70% for a 4 bedroom house, Fire Place and Roof Repair. Highly recommended, Chris was extremely genuine, knowledgable and conscientious of the budget I had to work with. Being part of a complete renovation, he was really helpful not only with giving me options and advice on the areas of work he covered but also in how to go about approaching other areas of renovating the house.
