Hi I'm lee a self taught handyman/ random job doer. I've other 20 years experience with DIY, makeing furniture, painting & decorating, fitting flooring including carpets, built a few sheds and catteries, recently been doing plastering jobs on the small scale. Happy to discuss any other work not mentioned above. My time is limited however and so I don't usually supply material's to be used I'm more of a turn up with my tools working with materials ready on site. This is preferable however can be discussed on an individual basis. I'm happy to do some plumbing jobs however not qualified to work with gas or electricity but can point you in the right direction if needed. I am happy to work in the area around Swindon up to about 50 miles away. I am very comfortable plastering but also tape and joint and plaster repair and patching.

I have worked in the building industry since 1998 for a very reputable building company who are still active today. Since then I have become a multi trade self-employed builder. I completed five new builds including all areas of groundwork, brickwork, plastering, roofing, patios, driveways and basic carpentry. I do use a group of trusted reputable people who are qualified in areas such as electrics and plumbing as works have to be signed off. I’ve also completed works on renovations/extensions.I am familiar with building control and their requirements also structural engineers and their reports/rules and regulations. I am willing to travel within a 40 mile radius depending on my overheads. I currently hold an NVQ level 2 plastering qualification which is my preferred area of work.
