Dean and Richard managed to produce an excellent finish on re-skimming a kitchen that had a less than ideal starting point. All wonky edges are now crisp and clean. The new archway built from the old interior door entrance looks superb. We have already booked Dean for the dining room makeover. Excellent communication, very accommodating, polite, tidy (especially for a plasterer!) and a competitive quote to boot. What more could you ask for? Many thanks, Shirley and Paul.

I went to switch my shower on this morning and it wouldn’t work. I rang and then spoke to K G Electrical who said they could help this morning. Ken arrived with a new shower pull cord and fitted it. He also repaired a window in the house and helped to show me how to work both fans in the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend K G Electrical. Outstanding service, efficient and very helpful;)

RG Property Solutions originally came to plaster a ceiling. I had already been quoted on by a couple of firms to knock my existing kitchen and bathroom into one big kitchen and create a new bathroom upstairs, so simply out of curiosity I asked Ricky to quote me too. His quote was far more palatable than the others which at first, alarmed me slightly but after being pleased with the plastering and getting on well, I decided to go with my gut. I'm so glad I did. From the beginning to the end I found Ricky and his colleague Liam to be friendly, trustworthy, polite and very easy to work with. Always on time, tidy and hardworking (to get the job finished Ricky worked all the way through the last night). I felt at ease to raise even the smallest of concerns, which were always amicably discussed and worked around if needed, as were any changes to the plan as the job went along. A few unexpected problems came to light but solutions were quickly put into place. Nothing was to much trouble. As always, many afterthoughts came in the form of extra jobs (sorry Ricky lol) which were also quoted on and completed. All in all, I am very pleased with the House. The kitchen and bathroom look superb. With solid knowledge, skill and a welcomed eye for design, the project ran very smoothly. The workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. In the past recommending people has backfired, but I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend RG Property Solutions. Thanks guys.

SWERVE!! Job incomplete and they’ve quit on me! I gave Joe a days notice saying to please hold fire with starting on any kitchen work, because I’ve hired an electrician to install a plug socket in the kitchen storage which he said ok, no problem. The next day ie. Today he is starting work in the kitchen, I said Joe, we spoke about this yesterday. I need the kitchen vacant so you are welcome to work in the living room, hallway or even upstairs (because I am skimming the full house) - take your pick.. His response was that I’ve just used £18 material/mixture already like?? I could appreciate that but I needed the kitchen vacant, as discussed, period - not wet or skimmed. Although this was acknowledged the day before he threw a tantrum, called me a dic****, packed up his stuff and left. Stay away from this man to avoid disappointment - the position I find myself in right now !!

Alas I didn't get to pick Joe as my neighbour opted for someone local . However I was very impressed with Joe and will make contact in the future if and when I am needing work in my home , reason being Joe was very aware of health and safety issues and advised a humidifier ASAP. I liked the way Joe looked at the issues and gave good explanations as to what was needed ,polite professional and confident. I shall pass your details on to my family and friends expect a phone call !!
