I have worked in the building industry since 1998 for a very reputable building company who are still active today. Since then I have become a multi trade self-employed builder. I completed five new builds including all areas of groundwork, brickwork, plastering, roofing, patios, driveways and basic carpentry. I do use a group of trusted reputable people who are qualified in areas such as electrics and plumbing as works have to be signed off. I’ve also completed works on renovations/extensions.I am familiar with building control and their requirements also structural engineers and their reports/rules and regulations.
