Complete waste of time. Hired this tradesman a few months ago, to work on a simple brick BBQ. We had a conversation in person about the job and i informed him i would be supplying the bricks as they are "reclaimed". On the day they were to start the job, he turned up and said "oh" where are the materials, which was concerning. I had to explain our conversation in detail to point out that i said i was supplying the brick as they were reclaimed, no mention of any other material. I had just completed a huge renovation project and this was one of the final contractors to be used. Unfortunately this person is very amateur, and he then made me pay £500 for materials to be delivered. I paid for the materials and the new start date he suggested wasnt suitable, he then said he longer wanted the job! Can you believe it, he made me pay for all the materials, even though that was not agreed in person. I have dealt with over 12 different teams working on this project, and this one is the worst. No care in the word, he even sent a text said he was "quaking in his pants" about a bad review. I just replied saying, that sums everything up - totally unprofessional. Move on.

I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Professionalism – Highly Recommended! I am really investing so much time on this review, as i was very nervous welcoming this stranger-builder-engineer to my meeting room. Firstly what started as a plastering project won the heart of the whole building!! I will write my reviews in 3 parts, estimation-final cost accuracy, timeliness and finally feedback on the building work by my friends I recently engaged SPVUK Ltd, Mr Yogesh for an extensive project at my property in East London, which included masonry, woodwork, driveway installation, rendering, and scaffolding. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and feel compelled to share my experience. From the outset, Yogesh's team stood out with their clear communication and professional approach. They carefully listened to my requirements, offered valuable suggestions, and provided a detailed quotation that aligned with my budget. Petru has just completed the render of my extension and it was beautifully done. He and his team worked fast and efficiently using every bit of the limited light and poor weather we have had lately. Petru completed the job and left the garden neat and tidy. I will certainly use this company for future rendering work. The work was completed using EWI rendering and both coats look really good, I am well pleased.

refurb of rental property - full house. Vovo was on time and a good builder to deal with. very reasonably priced and the work based on the price paid was great value. I will use his services again. Timely and very reasonable to deal with, genuinely didnt seem out to squeeze every penny he can get.

I had a number of jobs which needed to be done around the house, from hanging up mirrors to sanding down bathroom windows and doors and painting over. Marek provided a detailed quote clearly detailing what would be done and where potentially there could be additional charges if issues were identified. Marek and his business partner (Irek) completed the work in the time indicated, within the original quote and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work done and would hire them again.

Lovely father son business, professional, friendly guys. I asked them to build a plasterboard wall in order to create an extra bedroom in my house, the wall was finished well, within two days and they charged me a very reasonable rate, as a young women in business I find that tradesmen often try to overcharge me but these gentleman did not. They also took a look at leak that had occured which another professional plumber failed to solve and tried to charge me over £200 just to take a look! I have and will book them on a number of other jobs.

Completely happy with Gibson's work. Work was completed in less than a day and he worked tirelessly in some fairly intense heat. Only downside, he would benefit from having transport, hunking all that equipment around has got to be energy sapping and time consuming. Apart from the transport issue, I'm a happy customer and would recommend Gibson.
