We asked Richard to remove our old bathroom suite and replace it with an ensuite shower (not a wet room). Richard listened to what we were looking for in our ‘dream’ shower room and gave suggestions on layout, design and tile styles and colour ways. He has a good eye for Co-ordination and made some great suggestions for wall tile and flooring ideas. Shower installed was of a high specification and is fabulous! Extractor fan and ceiling lights also installed. Richard is a hard working craftsman who does the job to a good standard. As with any construction work there was some disruption but Richard took our two cats into account when going in and out of our property. Yes it did get dusty but what can you expect when building works happen?! Richard finished the job and left our ‘site’ in a very clean state with all building materials removed. We’ve asked Richard to come back and renovate our downstairs cloakroom next. Highly recommend!

Hamza and his team were exceptional from start to finish. The initial job spec was to carry out plastering and carpentry works, the quality of which was excellent. We trusted Hamza to carry out several other works, including electrical, external and decorating works. Given the nature of works and the client (ladies community centre), all works were carried out to our satisfaction and to a good standard. The pricing was very competitive and overall we are very pleased with Hamza and his team. They are polite, trustworthy, hardworking and keen to carry out works. We will be using Hamza and his team in the future!

Plastering /skimming over a stipple artex ceiling. Extremely happy with the job done by Fred @ Alatus Construction. He got back to us straight away and came round to give a quote the same day. Good Price and was able to start the next day Fred is a friendly genuine guy, polite and professional .His work was of a high standard and is obviously an experienced plasterer. He was reliable and took the time to carefully prepare the room to protect the floor and sofa that we had to leave in the room and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
