I've done 100s if not 1000+ plots over the years for these builders. I'm capable of starting off with just the shell of a house. Hello, I'm Luke. I have been plastering for 20 years as part of the family business including building and both wet and dry lining walls in preparation for finishing. Plastering is a dirty job but i'm a firm believer in a site being left clean and tidy on completion.
