Johny the Builder has provided their services to refurbish some areas of our house. From start to finish, Ionel was extremely professional and has always provided his best support to answer any questions we had and made himself available every time we needed him. He demonstrated very good communication, he is friendly and has a can-do attitude well in line with what Johny the Builder delivers. Ionel's knowledge of building improvements is limitless. His team has been competent, respectful and made sure that we were not disturbed as much as possible. This was really appreciated whilst we have young aged children. They also were very punctual and are hardworkers. The refurbishing job has proved to be very well executed. Ionel has always been patient waiting for our choices for the materials or finishing for the decoration. We also went abroad for holidays and he constantly kept us aware of the progress with photos. Previous plasterers had quoted far in excess & made out that we needed way more than we needed. Absolute disaster. There were two guys here for two days just to do a 12m2 porch. Made an absolute mess of it, drag marks, lumps, rough unpolished plaster and mess over the whole job which will have to be totally redone. Do not hire this guy, he has no idea what he is doing. Totally unprofessional.
