We are very tidy we sheet up thoroughly, even the driveway outside! We also hoover at the end of the day and wipe down all woodwork etc with trade wipes! We NEVER leave a mess!

Ian was very quick to give me a quote. They were very careful about covering up and protecting areas that didn't need plastering including the floors and left the work area clean and tidy after they had finished. The whole job is well done all we have to do is wait for it to dry before painting. We would highly recommend him.

Conversions - General- 12 Jun 2015
I chose Peter from a group of 3 builders who came to look at the job. Peter's quotation and scheduling were both very comprehensive and precise. Moreover, he has rigorously stuck to both. Most importantly ( for me anyway) the standard of Peter's work is exceptionally high, he attends to every little detail- clearly he is a perfectionist!. He is also a very creative thinker who will always come up with a solution to any of the those little issues that arise during building work. He is clearly very highly qualified and competent. He is also very thoughtful and considerate of the family and does his utmost to avoid disruption and mess as best he can. I had a kitchen extension built - whilst still having to use the original kitchen - and with the use of temporary walls and screens, Peter ensured I was still able to use it. I would highly recommend Peter for any building project you might be considering. Another point of interest , all of the other trades that came in ( electricians, plumbers etc) all said that they really liked working with Peter because they know that when he makes arrangements, they can take those timings to the bank ! All in all, first class work, service and commitment. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have recently completed a new self-build 3 bedroom detached house just outside of Bury St Edmunds. Being that this was the first project like this we had ever undertaken we were keen to have tradespeople we could both trust and rely on to help us through this project. This is exactly what we got when we employed Anglian Rendering & Facades Ltd to render the outside of our house. Ed and his colleague Kev were superb, the work they produced was outstanding and to a very high level. Ed was very pleasant and professional throughout the project. Both great guys, very easy to get along with and very polite, towards us and our neighbours. As I work full time I could not be on site for the duration of their work, I would pop in and check on progress where I could. After meeting Ed and Kev at the start of the project this was something I felt very comfortable with. Very pleased with how the house has turned out, and would highly recommend their service. 5*

Job 1 - Remove old & fit new IKEA kitchen + utility room + flooring to same & dining room Job 2 - Remove old sanitary ware fit new to cloakroom + fit flooring to same and entrance hallway Job 3 - Remove old shower & fit new wet room + tiling plastering and making good. Replace banisters to stairs. External repairs to guttering. Job 4 - Replace old skirting boards and architrave, remove old front door and fit new including glazing & security locks. Make new fitted wardrobe to main bedroom. Jamie has completed 4 projects for us and the reason I will keep using him is simply that he is an exceptional tradesman. The standard of work is very high, he communicates well and offers excellent solutions whenever there has been unforeseen problem which can only be expected when working on a Victorian building. His input is always thoughtful and he always put our interest first rather than what would make the job easier for him. I wish him success for the future, just hope he will not be too busy to do our extension next year.
