Hallway and downstairs toilet ceilings re-plastered. They were originally artexed. Jack did a very professional job. The finish was extremely smooth. He thoroughly cleaned up after him leaving the premises as he found it. Top class with a very competitive price by a very competant person. Highly recommended.

Scott has done an amazing job, having taken over a disaster of a job by our previous plasterer. He's re-plastered the worst of the previous plasterer's walls, beautifully. He's then plastered two bedrooms, including boarding ceilings, he's plastered the landing, toilet, stairs and hall, the office ceiling, another set of stairs, the kitchen and the utility (again, including boarding the ceilings) and, no matter how long and how complicated the job has been, he has stuck to that price. I have huge respect for him for that. His finish is so perfect I have been able to paint straight on to the plaster, whereas I have had to spend hours filling and sanding the previous plasterer's work. Scott's work ethic is second to none and he is a perfectionist, which means he probably earns less than some other plasterers but it's more important to him that the job is done to absolute perfection, even when it's on his own time. I find it quite stressful having workmen in the house while I'm also trying to live here with four dogs but Scott has been so friendly to them and to me and just quietly and patiently gets on with the job without fuss. He, unlike others, doesn't need constant ego strokes and is self-motivated by the wish to do an excellent job. He is coming back very soon to replace a window lintel - he's a very talented man and is about to start work at my daughter's house, so confident am I of his skills. THANK YOU, Scott, for restoring my faith. You're the best.

Had a patio, decorative walls, 1.8m high boundary wall, (rendered with coping), greenhouse base, path sub-base, lawn edge and land drainage carried out. Sean turned up very soon after first contact and produced a quote within a week (even though it was over the Christmas break). Once the quote was agreed Sean turned up within a few weeks and has worked without interruption until complete. Didn't fail to turn up unless due to weather. They worked unsupervised and always did a solid days work. Always very polite and I can't find any faults with their work. Would definitely recommend him. In fact I already have to family, friends and colleagues. As a Building Surveyor I see lots of work of various standards and Sean is definitely one of the good ones.
