The end result was OK however there were numerous trust issues along the way which left a very bitter taste. For example we had rubble from another job they were working on, dumped outside our home and they denied knowing where it came from. Also they built over a sewer pipe without blocking it at all, which allowed rats to enter our property - they then blocked the hole with a black bin liner that the rats obviously gnawed through - then we were told the rats came in because of our standard of cleanliness! This would be a negative review however the end result was ok - it did come with a hell of a lot of stress though.

Jasper and his team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish for my project and i would 100% recommend his company for any brickwork, pebbledash removal, etc. He did a fantastic job removing the horrible pebbledash and restored the brick work to its former glory and more!! It looks fantastic and everyone on the street has been commenting how great it looks. Not only that but they have commented on how diligent, careful and clean they were during the project. Making sure at the end of everyday they tidied and washed down the area. Various people have been asking me for his details and I think that speaks volumes for his work. Jasper has a real passion for his job and takes great pride in his work. it shows with the brilliant results he provides. His focus on the customer is first class and is why he will continue to be successful in his field. I've worked with many tradesmen over the years and can honestly say he's one of the best. He was always willing to give honest advise, he was competitively priced, punctual and always went the extra mile to make sure his work exceeded my expectations. you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

Please note: The original job post was to plaster my hallway cupboard, but I ended up not needing that work. Instead, I hired Cahill to plaster my bathroom ceiling, and he still did a bit of plastering on the side wall in my cupboard I’m redecorating, for a very reasonable extra cost. Cahill is a hard worker, a highly skilled plasterer, and a genuinely nice guy. The job was completed perfectly and to a very high standard. Highly recommend! Hire him immediately!
