Henry did a variety of jobs for us including painting, plastering and repointing the patio. All jobs were performed to top quality and satisfactory levels. Henry and his partner Alex worked very hard to complete the job on time. We are very pleased and have already recommended Henry to many of our friends. Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

Terrible workmanship. Contractor was called back a number of times for remedial of his own work. Eventually, he became aggressive with my tenant by refusing to leave the premises until payment was made immediately for the substandard job. Regretfully, he was paid to prevent an escalation of the situation.

Conversions - General- 29 Dec 2021
We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Peter was a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent plasterer that takes obvious pride and care in his work. He did a fantastic job on a what proved to be quite a difficult job, with Victorian walls and ceilings that hadn't be plastered for many a year. Peter and his son Chris were polite, and cleaned up every day after their work. They were also very quiet, I was working from home at the same time and I wouldn't even know they were there! Highly recommended.

The team are very good fast and affordable with a good eye for detail. They made sure the work was done on time and came back where required to do a bit of touching up. They needed to focus on the clean up but I was satisfied with the overall outcome.
