The plastering of our ceiling turned into a bit more of a mess than we initially hoped. A leak in our ceiling had caused the plaster to blow on the wall, and mould was growing underneath the wallpaper previous owners had put on the ceiling. Despite all of this Frank was very helpful, offering advice and allaying fears that we'd gone in a bit too deep. He suggested that it'd still be worthwhile stripping the ceiling, instead of just boarding over it. This saved us a lot of money, around half the amount quoted by those who suggesting boarding. On the day of the job Frank came round at the time he said he would, and kept us informed of what he was doing. At the end of the job, he cleaned up after himself (even hoovering or hallway!). The quality of the work put out by Frank was very high, and I'm very happy with the resulting finish after we finished decorating. Thank you very much, Frank. We'll definitely be giving you a call next time we need some plastering doing.

I contacted "my builder" as we had already ordered a kitchen and initially required some additional works to be completed before the installation. We were only looking to have the ceiling plastered, new flooring and lighting, not knowing any builders I have to say in first instance I was quite nervous about using a web site, however after posting this request and receiving a very prompt response from Gavin both me and my husband couldn't be more happy with the end result. Gavin takes great pride in his work, arrives early and wouldn't leave until he was happy with any works completed. Gavin took on all of the works which included ordering alternative fitted kitchen with all appliances at a very competitive price and an agreed instillation price for all trades people, Gavin made sure that the works ran smoothly and no sharp intakes of breath if changes or extra work required I don't think Gavin has the word no in his vocabulary. While he was completing the work already agreed we asked for new internal doors to be fitted, which Gavin ordered and fitted ,the finished result is amazing, carpentry at its best I think. He has some great tradesman working with him and Gavin would always make sure that at the end of the day a thorough clean up was completed. We have already asked Gavin to come back to complete some more work. I would definitely recommend Gavin excellent work

I have been tiling and plastering since leaving school (19 years ) We offer complete bathrooms from start to finish .I mainly do domestic work and have even worked for channel 4 t.v show 'You deserve a house like this' - tiling bathroom, floors, kitchens, etc. All are bathrooms are stripped back to a bare shell and re done, new pipe work etc . I offer all my customers discount at tile shops that I use. I always make sure the customer is happy before leaving the job .

Hired Dan to replaster 4 rooms (ceiling and walls) along with a complete refit of my bathroom including re-tiling floor and walls. From start to finish I cannot speak highly enough. He went out of his way to ensure everything was done and even had to work a Sunday to make sure things were ready. Dan was professional, courteous and communication throughout was excellent. I am very happy with the final result and have already discussed further works. Would use again without hesitation.

Bathroom Fitting- 26 Apr 2019
Not happy with the final outcome. Wanted a first fix to change existing pipes so that they did not show. I removed floor boards so pipes could be positioned to come up into the room and be positioned directly below the new bathroom furniture. Instead they were positioned so far away, I had to have them redone by someone else. Also copper pipes were left too short, and had to have someone else make unnecessary joins to extend the height. He also slipped and put his foot through the ceiling below and blamed me for having rotten beams! Offered no compensation, and cost me a further £40 to repair the ceiling.
