Insulation, Rendering & Renovations — Clear Prices, Proper Work No hidden extras. No subcontractors. No vague pricing. We specialise in external wall insulation, external rendering and internal plastering, as well as a wide range of general building and renovation work. Send us photos and approximate wall measurements for a free initial estimate. After a site visit, we provide a clear written quote with labour and material costs shown separately, so you know exactly what is included before any work begins. Before work starts, we provide a written quote, agree the payment schedule and confirm the terms of the work. Invoices are issued in line with the agreed payment stages. For complete External Wall Insulation and render systems, we provide a 5-year workmanship guarantee, subject to our written Guarantee and Retention Terms. For larger EWI and rendering projects, an optional retention arrangement of up to 10% of the agreed labour cost only may be agreed for 6 months for additional peace of mind. Retention does not apply to materials, scaffolding, skip hire, delivery charges or any other third-party costs paid directly by the client. The retained labour balance becomes payable once the retention period has ended and no valid workmanship issue remains unresolved.
