Thank you for the work,well done and would use again. Only downside was need to be tidier as adhesive dropped all over Amtico flooring! But that aside will still use again as long more sufficient dust cloths used etc

My partner and I invited Ionas Property Developers to quote on a fairly extensive renovation and redecoration project on our home in August, 2016. Our budget was limited, as was our time schedule, but above all, we were looking for a candidate with whom we could have a collaborative working relationship, this being a project we had a huge personal investment in. We were impressed and struck with Greg’s professional and punctual presentation on our first meeting. Unlike a number of other contractors interviewed, what set Greg apart was his ability to listen and take on board our brief, which was highly design - driven. He was also open to discussing our budget limitations and from the outset inspired complete trust that he would be able to balance our expectations and our budget without compromising on the quality and finish we required. Based on this strong first impression, we hired him. Working around hugely disruptive delays from some other suppliers, Greg and his team delivered the work to a standard that far exceeded our expectations and managed to complete within a tight schedule, with only minor and justifiable adjustments to the initial budget. We were 100% thrilled with the results. I can without a shadow of doubt recommend Ionas. Behind the true craftsman with an obsessive eye for detail and finish, there is also a thoughtful, insightful and considerate family man. This will make him our first and only choice for any future projects. A true find.

Sebastian worked much more steadily then my previous builder and completed jobs in a reasonable time. He was easy to work with, able to listen, take instruction and direct, take the lead as and when appropriate. I would work with him again. There are two small points of criticism, I would not normally mention this type of minor point, however there are a lot of cowboy builders around, therefore it is worth making quality an issue, and really identifying the wheat from the chaff. The first point is he did not come with the basic safety equipment needed for building work for a domestic build job. E.g workman's gloves, helmet, face-mask and eye protection. He quickly realised that he needed them, so we wasted valuable time as he had to go and buy them. The second point is that I needed someone that was available. We discussed on the phone, that I wanted to do a one day trial followed by a commitment for weeks to complete a refurbishment. While he was only available for one day and then was booked indefinitely. I was not informed proactively, instead found out when I asked when he would be at work next for a delivery. I still give him positive feedback, because if you get his commitment he will give you reasonable work output of a reasonable quality, this is a good thing to know when there are so many cowboy builders around. He also was willing to give tips and advice on a job like the one I was engaged in. Getting valuable insight is priceless.

Like Rendering, plastering, tiling, all paving drivways etc, carpentry, decking, Fencing and all other general building work.

I am ever so happy with my bathroom, they even went extra mile in connecting my light switch where I needed it to be even though it wasn’t part of the agreement. These guys are spot on with their job. Will definitely recommend them which I’ve already done. Lol
