Tim came and looked at the job and gave me a quote within 2 days, unlike others that I never heard from again. We hired Tim to complete works in the bathroom, installing the toilet/vanity unit, sink/ vanity unit and new shower tray and enclosure plus some plumbing work, some tiling to finish, and finishing touches with trim etc. He worked hard to complete the job, overcoming any problems that arose and made a very good job of installing it all to a very high standard. We also had a quote to Re-plasterboard and plaster our hall/stairs and landing and another to paint it all and build a large storage cupboard. Again very reasonable quotes were given and all work completed to a high standard. A very friendly person, quite happy to give advice on any aspects of the job, reliable, turns up when he says and leaves the job tidy and clean, whether it's in progress or complete. Likes to complete everything so it is right, looks right and works right. Wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any further work that we need doing.

Matt was friendly, great to work with and the finished result was everything we hoped for - we would absolutely hire Matt again. Matt promptly visited our house to discuss the work, provided a competitive quote and completed the work quickly and efficiently to our timescale. Thanks to Lester and Chris, all work completed, very easy to work with and any questions/queries we had were always addressed. Left the place tidy each time and kept us informed of what was happening. Last few little bits tidied up and any problems have been told to get in touch with them. Out of four builders contacted on here only Lester turned up to quote and once his quote was approved he rang to organise start date, they were here every morning at 8am without fail. Really pleased with end result, thank you.

We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.
