Brad was very helpful in helping us move forward with the garage conversion. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive of the quotes received but did seem to know what he was talking about, suggesting a couple of different options, highlighting the differences in prices & pros/cons. The Guys worked hard enough, but there was a difference in what I believe had been quoted for a days work for this team of 4. My own fault for not getting a written quotation. Hence, I did not have them back to complete this job. I supplied all of the equipment, including digger, power barrow, plate whacked and even the wheel barrow, as their Van “had broken down again”. I have since found a better group of builders. Even cooked them breakfast and food throughout the day, with barely any thanks. You live and learn…

I am very happy with the renovations Max carried out on my property.He was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was always quick to assist in any extra jobs I needed and helped moved furniture and clear space when required. His team were respectful of my space being as I was living in my property with my pets for the duration and I work from home so was present throughout the job process. Max built me an amazing media wall from scratch, it is totally bespoke and looks fantastic, it was a complicated project, with concealed smart lighting in built in alcoves, has my massive tv and feature fireplace inset and two cupboards for storage. I had brand new flooring laid throughout the ground floor which looks amazing and the entire house was re-decorated. As with any big project we hit a few snags along the way, but I was so impressed with the calm, friendly manner that Max handled everything, If I wasn't 100% happy he would re-do something until I was. This was particularly relevant to the new kitchen cabinet installed. I had a vision that required imagination and bespoke finishing, once it was completed It didn't quite meet my expectation so Max removed the cabinet and re-installed it for me, he did this with good grace and friendliness and no extra charge. He also finished some work left over from a previous contractor and did a great job. I would employ him again for any future projects.

Firstly Rob turned up exactly on time, which these days seems to be a thing of the past. He worked solidly until the job was finished and only took one break. The walls were very smooth when he had finished and his attention to detail in obtaining the required finish was quite obviously of utmost importance to him. He took his time and did the job right.
