From start to finish, the workmanship was outstanding and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. The spaces have been completely transformed and finished to a very high standard. Sahir was professional, reliable, and respectful of our home throughout the project, always keeping the area clean and tidy. Communication was clear and honest, and everything was completed on time. I would have given Tom & Peter 5*s as they done an excellent job of laying my patio area, but my description was "Garden patio; adding 2 small retaining walls; replace shed roof". Unfortunately, replacing the shed roof was not included in the original quote and when I mentioned this was told it would not be too much. As they had done such a brilliant job on the paving, I asked if the price of levelling the decking could be included in the quote with the roof. The price given was way out of my budget, but because Tom is reasonable we agreed on a price. Tom agreed to return the following week and complete the works. Unfortunately he was not well and agreed to do this the following week - that was a couple of weeks ago. I've not heard anything since - a shame really, as he worked hard to ensure the patio area was done well. I therefore suggest making sure you receive a quote for "all" works and don't leave it to chance that what's been left off will be dealt with later.

We hired Tomas to repair a hole in our wall following damage from a leaking shower, and to repaint a kitchen wall that had been stained with oil splashes. Tomas was fantastic. Polite, punctual, reliable, he explained everything to us, gave us options and agreed the price up front. He was considerate while working (particularly important for us with a 11 month old baby in the flat), and kept tidying up after himself. The work was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Tomas, and he will be at the top of my list if we need a decorator again.

A while since the works have been done, which is the best time to give feedback. I got Fitor to do an overhaul of the 2nd bedroom after this main bedroom. Because I obviously was content with the quality of his work. Where there were snags, he rectified them without complaint. Biggest compliment is that Fitor is amiable and you can comfortably talk to him as a non-builder with him and he is sympathetic to your concerns (other builders tend to be very quick to try an add to the cost or dismiss your complaint).

Luciano did an amazing quality job, I wanted a luxury Italian plaster,I spoke to other builders /plasters before I choose Luciano , first communication on the phone was straight forward , negotiations was excellent , his fees was very reasonable compare to others , I am more than happy and glad i decided to work with him , extremely professional, and bang on time , you couldn't ask for a better builder , what I am most greatful for is, he and his men went out of there way to help with moving things in and out the house which wasn't part of the job . I have already booked him for future job ,Luciano is a genunily nice guy , I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality .

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

We have just had our bathroom renovated by Nila and his team and are thrilled with how it’s turned out. Nila is efficient and a great communicator, keeping us updated before beginning work and throughout the job. The team worked hard throughout the day and were incredibly respectful of our space, ensuring they kept our flat clean and tidy throughout. Their workmanship was excellent too - we had our bathroom fully tiled and the attention to detail is outstanding.
