We had a large supporting wall knocked through, existing conservatory removed and large extension added to the rear of our property. We had saved hard for 5 years to make our home our forever home. We met and got quotes from a number of different builders. Straight away we felt at ease and reassured our house / trust was in the right hands with S&P. You may find a builder who can do it quicker, but we found that you cant put a price on experience and its far better for it to take a little longer to get it done to the right standard. EVERY tradesman that visited site throughout our 6 month build from architect to electrician, building inspector to plumber commented on how high the quality of the build was. EVERY ONE ! Steve and Paul turned up everyday, on time and are a rare thing to find in the building trade - reliable ! One thing that i really didnt expect, that was really appreciated, was how tidy the site was throughout. Our property was treated with respect at all times and left in a tidy manner the end of each day. We cannot recommend enough, great company and we are delighted with our build.

Conversions - General- 20 May 2024
After a short meeting & provision of a competitive quotation. Nick & his colleague Dan started work on our Garage Conversion, turning it into a kitchen & converting the original kitchen into a utility room that we are very happy with (4 Week Turnaround). Communication with both was thorough throughout & the finish is excellent (Housekeeping & Storage of Material & Equipment was was 2nd to none). I would strongly recommend the company moving forward & won’t hesitate to use again. I will attach Photographic Evidence, decorating & flooring to be completed in my own time.

Look ok when still wet but when it died there where groves and lumps all over. He was coming back to do the next room and I ask about the work he had done. He felt it was ok and would sand out and fill with polly filler !!! He did the next room as I had paid in front for his time and materials Non of his work was 1st class and we are employing another plasterer to Put it right Also we asked for a headed recipt and never got one. Will only work for cash Not someone I would re employ There are lots of other plastering co on here that are cheaper better and more trustworthy I even have I’m on camera poring his dirty water on my flower bed !!!! What a shark

Really nice lad, polite and courteous. Hard working arrived on time and the quality of his plastering work was excellent. Having 3 very uneven walls, now we have perfect straight and level walls already for tiling. Tidied and cleaned up and will definitely use him again

Complete Plaster boarding and skimming of 6 large rooms and ceilings ,2 large bay windows in a 3 story house ,All work done beautifully with great attention to detail ,Marc is extremely good at his job, polite and very patient allowing us to prepare and gut each room at our pace, great with planning and working around us as each room was ready to be boarded and skimmed, Marc’s customer service is great never leaves you waiting around, from quoting for the job ..to completing the job to.. invoicing for the job, we couldn’t ask for a nicer and more knowledgeable guy for any and all of our plastering needs, great sense of humour, punctual and tidy above and beyond ..will be using again without hesitation with high recommendation ..there’s only one guy for the job
