Very pleased with the re-render of an external garden wall and some small repairs to the existing house render. Great experience from Gary and Mark from quote to the work being completed. Mark was punctual, tidy and did a great job on the wall. Looks great and exactly what we wanted. Definitely would recommend and will use Building Dimensions for other work we are looking to do in due course.

Michael is very professional and also very honest. He is flexible and responsive and finished the job at a high standard. I appreciated his flexibility with the times and working under narrow spaces and around the family which is not easy. Zee did a decent job plastering some walls at my home and convinced me that we was also an experienced decorator. So I agreed to hire him again to do the painting and decorating as well. BIG MISTAKE! The paint finish was all over the place. He even left a large window covered in paint marks. He seemed in a rush to finish and leave but I had to keep pointing out to him unfinished areas for him to complete. In the end he promised to come back and remove the paint marks on the window but refused to do it after he got his money. The images are just some of the things he left unfinished. He needs to stop pretending to be a professional painter/decorator because he really is not.

I agree almost wholeheartedly with an earlier poor review given in December 2023. Mainly chose Zeeshan cos he was very polite and said he pays attention to detail. He is essentially a plasterer but does not do an inch more, and he does not produce good work except straight forward plastering. House not left clean. Cannot plaster small areas neatly. Poor silicone on kitchen work surfaces. Weak carpentry skills as seen on beading of the laminate and construction of an electric meter box. He does try to rectify things but still very unhappy. Just engaging someone to fix and finish what he did not do well.

Slawomir’s brother Artur did the job for me. I was extremely happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire him again. He was very pleasant and easygoing to have in the house. He replies to messages immediately and is very punctual. He fitted the job in for me before he went on holiday which I appreciated.
