Darren is meticulous, neat and tidy. Not a combination you get with many plasterers, or tradespeople in general, but Darren is far more than a run of the mill tradesperson. He's an amicable and fascinating chap who takes great pride in his work. Always punctual, he's honest, prices fairly and works bloody hard to get the job done, even going a bit further than initially agreed to get the job done 'just right'. The plastering he's done is fantastic and he's coming back to help me with some other jobs on my tip to toe renovation. I couldn't be more pleased.

Andrew and his team were excellent. They were extremely professional, hardworking, friendly and respectful of our home. The quality of the work is perfect - done on time and to budget. Great communication at all times, with Andrew keeping us up to date with the work as they went along - as well as giving us hints and tips for our own diy projects. I'd hire them again in an instance if we had more jobs. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to everyone - a genuinely nice team who are experts at what they do - 10/10!!

Waldemar and team were very tidy and communicative builders who will do the job at a high standard, for a good price and are committed to meeting their realistic deadlines. I had a difficult ask of the team as had ordered most components prior to their quote but they worked around me, the items I had ordered and worked well to achieve a complex and specific design. They were reliable and dedicated to getting the job done in good time and to a high standard. They were attentive and considerate regarding specific design requirements but I would recommend the best way to handle this with them is to provide a detailed plan with measurements as communication is harder when not face to face. That being said, if they were unsure of any detail they were extremely good at being in touch to clarify exactly what you'd like done. Highly recommended!

Patrick has been a saviour and a star for us. After building a new kitchen extension we had been left with a slew of jobs by our former building contractor. My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy.
